Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Eisenhower Matrix and how do I get the most out of it?

We have written a nice introduction on how to work with the Eisenhower Matrix over here.

Where can I download an Eisenhower Matrix app for my iPhone?

Our Eisenhower iPhone App is available on the App Store.

Is there an Eisenhower Android app?

We do not yet have an Android app but might consider developing one in the future. However, please bear in mind that we are still bootstrapping Eisenhower part-time. Meanwhile, you could follow us on X and Facebook or leave your e-mail address to be notified about any Android activities here.

When is the next app update coming?

We are currently working on a new version of Eisenhower — entirely rebuilt from scratch. The long awaited update will be announced shortly. After renewing the web app first, we'll target other platforms as well and roll out a new website as well.

Why don't you support an unlimited amount of tasks per list?

We chose to limit the maximum amount of tasks per quadrant to 8 intentionally to help you get things done (instead of simply collecting more than you could probably achieve in a day). Most users seem to like it as much as we do. However, there is good news: we do have unlimited tasks in mind for the update we are currently working on!

Do your apps support backup and sync?

Yes, indeed. Eisenhower - out of the box - comes with backup and sync. As long as you log in using the same account across apps, all to-dos will get synced across both clients. For iPhone app users: Go to settings by pressing the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the iPhone App, then tap "Account".

I have a new feature idea!
